At Wrist Watches Guy, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, manuals, and protective materials.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by us
  • Customized or engraved watches
  • Watch straps that have been resized or adjusted

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned with missing packaging or accessories
  • Products with minor signs of handling
  • Items returned after the 30-day window (subject to approval)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless defective.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@wristwatchesguy.com
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive store credit for the value of the return.

If the gift was not marked as such:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
